Every piece is made to order and delivered within 21 days of the date you place the order. For a custom size, the 21 days begin once we have confirmed your measurements with you.

We don't accept returns for change of mind, fit preference or colour preference. Each piece is cut and finished by hand for the order it belongs to.

If a standard size doesn't sit the way you hoped, write to us. Alterations are done in our own atelier and we will always try to make it work for you.

In the case of a manufacturing defect. Report it within 7 days of delivery with photographs and your order number. We will repair, replace or refund.

Yes, subject to availability. We confirm the details with you before the cloth is cut. Choose Custom in the size selector and send your measurements in inches: bust, waist, hip, shoulder, sleeve and length. Once a custom order is confirmed, it cannot be returned except for a manufacturing defect.

The larger. The cut is generous on purpose. If you would like it to sit closer, order a custom size.

Every piece is dry clean only. The hand work, meaning the pintucks, beading, pearls and schiffli, will not survive a wash. Full instructions are on the Care page.

Because a person made it by hand. Small variations in the placement, density and tone of the hand work are normal and are not a fault. Colour can also look slightly different on a screen than in the cloth.

Cotton, a blend of linen and polyester, organza and crushed organza, tissue, silk and denim. The fabric is stated on every product page.

Some sets are also sold as separates. Where that is the case, the pieces are linked on the product page. Otherwise, write and ask.
