Shipping & Returns

Every piece is made to order in our own atelier. Your order is delivered within 21 days of the date you place it.

For a custom size, the 21 days begin from the day we confirm your measurements with you.

We ship across India. For delivery outside India, write to info@pummywalia.com before you order and we will confirm whether we can reach you and what it will cost.

You will receive a dispatch confirmation with tracking as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

We do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind, for fit preference or for colour preference.

A refund is offered only in the case of a manufacturing defect. If a piece arrives with a fault in the making, such as a failed seam, a broken closure or hand work that has come away, write to us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photographs. Where the fault is ours, we will repair the piece, replace it or refund you in full.

Wear, laundering damage and damage caused after delivery are not manufacturing defects.

Custom sizes are available subject to availability and are confirmed with you before the cloth is cut. Once confirmed, a custom size order cannot be returned except in the case of a manufacturing defect.

If a standard size does not sit the way you hoped, write to us. Alterations are carried out in our own atelier and we will always try to make it work for you.

Our pieces are embroidered, beaded and pintucked by hand. Small variations in the placement, density or tone of that work come from the piece being made by a person. They are not defects.
