Terms of Service

By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms below.

Orders

An order is an offer to buy, accepted when we confirm it by email. We may decline an order, for instance where a piece is no longer available or where we cannot verify the delivery address. If we do, you are refunded in full.

Made to order

Every piece is made to order and delivered within 21 days of the order date. Custom sizes are accepted subject to availability and are confirmed with you before cutting.

Refunds

Refunds are offered only in the case of a manufacturing defect, reported within 7 days of delivery. The full terms are on our Shipping & Returns page.

Pricing

Prices are in Indian Rupees. We may change prices at any time, but never after your order has been accepted.

Pieces finished by hand

Our pieces are worked by hand. Small variations in the placement, density or tone of embroidery, beadwork and pintucks are part of hand work and are not a defect. Colour may look slightly different on your screen than in the cloth.

Intellectual property

All images, designs, text and marks on this site belong to Pummy Walia and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India and any dispute falls to the courts of Mumbai.
